1 ) Who will be the pastors leading the new churches? Do they come from the villages or from outside?
The Pastors of these Villages are from outside the villages as these villages are newly coming to know about Christ, so there would not be any good chances of locals to be used as Pastors.
2 ) Do these pastors operate under an organization? Are they going to be sponsored? For how long?
Yes these Pastors will operate under the leadership and guidance of ABBA which is working with our local organization 'Sharing Hands'. All Pastors need to be sponsored for at least for 2-3 years, depending upon the growth of the local church. But we will work toward selfsupporting in due time.

Yes we have thus far selected and we will continue to do the same in selecting ministers who have the personal affection for these people and vision for these remote villages.

Yes the newly converted people are being taken care in home groups with our present bible teachers and preacher who visit them on weekly basis.
18 ) Or do these new believers have to wait for the new churches to be build?
When the centre is built, it will give them the surety and clarity about growing in their Christian faith. And it also will help the organization to be more clearly organized as we will assign particular people like Pastor, Teachers, area coordinators etc., for each village.
I hope these answers will give clarity about our project. However I will add a few details for more clarity.
1. The pastors we use are selected, based on character and passion for souls to be added into the Kingdom.
2. We sent out letters to call for mission-minded ministers with passion for poor & underprivileged villages.
3. So far we have already received responses from many ministers.
4. We started with a one year training program of intensive classes with theory & practice from June 2014.
5. So those who stand through the fire will go towards joining us in the mission field.
6. The idea of the program right now is to start with the training for free education for the pastors.
7. Ones they join us as co-laborers we will support them financially.
8. Our support will 100 euros a month for personal expenses, food, accommodation, transportation etc.
9. Our vision is, that in 2/3 years each individual village church would be able to support their local pastor.
Besides we have a plan to shuffle each pastor every two years to a different area, to keep the challenge of soul-harvesting refreshed and setting goals higher periodically and also to avoid the unlikely problem of church splits or taking over the members and starting a new church for their personal benefit.
On top of it we will also have an area-coordinator, who will be in-charge of all funds discharged and welfare project carried out for the church. And in time we would raise a group of elders, who will be responsible for the operation of the church and its welfare projects in each village.
12. Each centre will serve as a Church mainly, but also as a:

b. Computer Training classes
c. Tailoring Training classes
d. Medical aid centre for basic medical aid
e. Classes on personal hygiene
f. Classes on pregnancy care and helping in delivering child
g. Farmers training classes and farming resources
h. Desaster relief centre etc, etc.
We truly Believe that Each Centre will be point of God's Goodness and miracle for Each Village.
Feel free to respond since we are completely open for questions, critics and comments to make things better in the light of understanding. With much Love and prayers
